【iREd x 澳門國際STEAM教育協會｜AIoT 健康科技教學新體驗 🔬📱】iREd x Macao International STEAM Education Association｜A New AIoT Health-Tech Teaching Experience

iREd 有幸獲邀參與由「澳門國際STEAM教育協會」聯同「澳門科學館」主辦之專題活動，為一眾熱心教育工作的教師舉辦《AIoT 編寫健康管理手機應用程式教師研討會》。

iREd was honored to be invited to a special event jointly organized by the Macao International STEAM Education Association and the Macao Science Center. We conducted a professional workshop titled “AIoT Health Management App Development for Teachers”, tailored for dedicated educators.

🎓 是次研討會旨在探討如何利用 AIoT 健康監測裝置（如血壓計、血氧儀及溫度計等），結合 App Inventor 2 平台，開發健康管理應用程式，從而推動跨學科 STEAM 教學模式，促進教育創新與科技應用。

🎓 The workshop aimed to explore the integration of AIoT health monitoring devices—such as blood pressure monitors, oximeters, and thermometers—with the App Inventor 2 platform to develop health management applications, thereby advancing STEAM interdisciplinary teaching and fostering educational innovation.

👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 在實地操作過程中，教師們不僅學會了使用 iREd 健康管理教學套件，更深入了解科技教育背後的教學理念及實踐價值。

👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Through hands-on experience, participating teachers not only learned how to operate iREd’s Smart Learning Suite, but also gained insights into the pedagogical value and educational significance of technology-integrated teaching.

📌 活動期間，iREd 亦分享了香港推動樂齡科技教育的成功案例，並介紹與社會福利機構合辦的《樂齡「同理」編程設計大賽2025》。該比賽鼓勵學生以「同理心」為設計出發點，理解長者及不同社群的需要，創作實用且貼心的健康管理應用程式，從而培養以人為本的設計思維。

📌 During the session, iREd also shared successful cases of promoting gerontechnology in Hong Kong and introduced the Empathy Coding for Seniors Competition 2025, co-organized with social welfare organizations. The competition encourages students to design practical and considerate health apps through an empathetic lens, enhancing their human-centered design thinking.
