【iREd x 天佑小學|全方位學習體驗計劃】瑜伽體驗課 [iREd x Mary of Providence Primary School | A Holistic Learning Journey with Yoga]

全方位學習體驗計劃中,iREd 早前邀請專業瑜伽導師 Nicole,於天佑小學為五年級學生帶來一節既輕鬆又有教育意義的瑜伽體驗課,讓學生從小培養健康意識,並學會關心家人健康。

iREd invited professional yoga instructor Nicole to conduct a special yoga session for Primary 5 students at Mary of Providence Primary School. The session aimed to encourage healthy habits and help students understand the importance of caring for their family members.





✨ 認識瑜伽・關注健康

Learning About Yoga and Health

Nicole 老師不但教授簡單而實用的伸展動作,亦分享了瑜伽的歷史背景及健康小知識,幫助學生了解身體的運作,學習如何保健與放鬆。

Instructor Nicole taught students beginner-friendly yoga poses and shared the history of yoga and useful health tips. The session helped students understand their bodies better and learn ways to relax and stay healthy.




🔥 課堂氣氛熱烈・主動學習

Engaged and Curious Learners

課堂氣氛十分熱烈,學生積極參與練習,並主動發問:「哪個動作適合我嫲嫲做?」、「我可以怎樣教爸爸做得正確?」同學的提問不但顯示對課堂內容的興趣,更反映出他們對家庭健康的關注與責任感。

The class was filled with energy as students fully engaged in the session. Some even asked thoughtful questions like, “Which poses are good for my grandma?” and “How can I teach my dad to do it properly?” These questions reflected their growing awareness of family health and eagerness to share their knowledge.



🧘‍♀️ 將學習帶回家・一家人一齊健康

Bringing Yoga Home – Wellness for the Whole Family

Nicole 老師鼓勵學生將課堂上學到的瑜伽動作帶回家,與家人一同練習。簡單的伸展動作能幫助長者改善平衡力、減低跌倒風險,亦有助舒緩關節痛,提升身體靈活度。透過共同運動,不但促進家庭健康,更能加強代際之間的連繫。

Nicole encouraged students to share the yoga poses with their families at home. Gentle stretches can help older adults improve balance, reduce fall risks, relieve joint pain, and maintain flexibility. Practicing together supports both physical health and family bonding.
